Yes, they are a little oversized for my daughter's very child sized basket. Even she noticed and was admittedly a little put off by it, but quickly got over it because they are still so gosh darn cute. I myself appreciate their oversized whimsy. You will need: Step 1 Wrap the ribbon around the basket to cut to size. Make sure you give yourself an extra inch or two so that you have some sack at the end to make sure the ribbon overlaps. You wouldn't want a gap in the back. Step 2 Cut stems off of faux flowers. Step 3 Apply hot glue to flowers. Step 4 Apply the flower to the ribbon. Step 5 Apply hot glue to the middle portion of the basket where the garland will sit. Just apply about 3 inches of glue to start. Step 6 Press the back of the flower garland onto the hot glue on the basket. Add more hot glue and press the garland down until you reach the back.
